Police resolves to secure additional speed guns for the plateau areas which continue to be black spot on major high ways in the country to step up road safety.
The inspector General of police Gen Kale Kayihura said the force has also embarked on sustained campaign intended to reduce roads accident.
Gen Kayihura made the remarks while addressing media at Naguru, he notes that the campaign will involve writing tall free numbers to all buses, taxis and police patrols to report bad drivers.
He also proposes harsh punishment for all convicts of reckless driving.
