Major teams move to partner with 1XBet

Global Online Betting Company 1XBet has signed a sponsorships and multiyear partnerships with two major football clubs namely FC Barcelona and Liverpool FC.

Liver Pool’s managing director Billy Hogan says they are delighted to welcome 1XBET as their newest partner. “I am sure their games and special offers will appeal to our fans around the world and we look forward to starting 2019/2020 with them on board.” He added.

With 18 league titles, the partnership would be one of the best ways to increase Liverpool’s popularity among soccer fans worldwide.

Member of the FC Barcelona board, Josep Pont is positive that this deal will help them to continue to grow both on and off the field. He is confident that the deal also consolidates their global expansion strategy that will see them connect with their new sports fans around the world.

The Barca Legends are here

The first batch of the Barcelona Legends team set to face the Uganda Cranes All Stars team arrived on Tuesday afternoon at the VIP Lounge of Entebbe International Airport ahead of the Uganda.

Edgar Davids, Simao Sabrosa, Sergi Barjuan and coach Victor Munoz arrived first and were set for a guided tour around Uganda’s National Parks. The rest of the stars will come in the coming days.

Other players expected in the subsequent days will include Deco, Patrick Kluivert, Luis Garcia, Albert Luque, Juliano Belleti, Carles Puyol, Francisco Coco, Ludovic Guily, Gianluca Zambrota and Gaizka Mendieta.

Uganda Cranes will be captained by David Obua and Barcelona Legends will be led by Dutchman Patrick Kluviert, who recently visited the country alongside Luis Garcia and Edgar Davids.

The Uganda Cranes All Stars team under Mike Mutebi and Sam Ssimbwa as coaches started training on Monday at the Nelson Mandela National stadium.

The team has Sadiq Wassa and current El Merrirkh goalkeeper, Salim Jamal Magoola as the goal custodians.

Others are current FUFA CEO, Edgar Watson Ssuubi, a former Captain at SC Villa and Uganda Cranes, speed merchant, Hakim ‘Boda Boda’ Magumba, Geoffrey ‘Baba’ Kizito, Musa Mudde, Vincent Kayizzi, Tonny Mawejje, Steven Bengo, Mike Sserumaga, Phillip Obwinyi, James Odoch, Ibrahim Buwembo, Abubaker Tabula, George Ssemwogerere, Geofrey Sserunkuma, Geoffrey Massa and the team captain of the day, David Obua.

The tickets are already on the market at all payway stations across the country.

The match is intended to raise funds towards the establishment of a state of art football academy in Uganda under the Rayco Garcia Foundation.
