More foreign dignitaries jet in to witness Museveni taking 6th oath as president of Uganda

Dignitaries continue arriving this morning to attend the ceremony of the swearing-in of President elect, Mr. Yoweri Museveni today at Kololo Independence ceremonial grounds in Kampala.
President f the republic of Sudan, Omar El Bashir, President Jacob Zuma of South Africa and President Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud of Somalia as well as the Prime Minister of Cameroon, Mr. Philemon Yang are also in the country to witness the swearing in ceremony.
They join Tanzanian President, Mr. John Magufuli, who jetted in the country on Wednesday.
President Magufuli,is in the country for the first time since his inauguration in November 2015,he inspected a guard of honor at State House, Entebbe, and entertained to traditional dances before he signed in the visitors book that was later followed by brief meeting with his host.
President Museveni has also held talks with President Idriss Deby of Chad who is also in Uganda to witness the swearing in ceremony.
President Mohamadou Isso ufou of Niger,is also in Uganda for the first time and has held  talks with his host President Museveni at State House, Entebbe.
The  leaders discussed bilateral issues between their two countries Niger and Uganda. Mr. Museveni thanked the leader of Niger for responding to his invitation to attend the ceremony of his inauguration today at Kololo.
President Ibrahim Keita Boubabacar of Mali, who was accompanied by his wife, was also received at State House, Entebbe and will be part of today's ceremonies at Kololo.
Other heads of state that are in the country are President Edgar Lungu of Zambia, President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, and President Teodoro Obiang Nguema of Equatorial Guinea
