Ugandan model Trisha Ahwera was crowned Miss Africa at the recently concluded Miss World Next Top Model pageant that happened in Beirut, Lebanon.

Over the past weeks, Ahwera was fighting for the huge title however on the grand finale of the beauty pageant “24th May 2024” she scooped the Miss Africa crown.

Her beauty and confidence indeed secured her a top spot as she finished in the 7th position at the pageant overall.

She expressed joy over the achievement noting that she was proud waving the Ugandan flag to such levels at an international pageant, something she has always yearned for.

Ahwera was competing with outstanding models from over 20 countries therefore making it to the 7th position not only benefits the model but the country at large.
