The High court in Kampala has sentenced a 12 year old boy two years in jail for defiling a six month old baby.
While sentencing him, high court judge Joseph Mulangira ruled that the juvenile offender’s action traumatized the family of the toddler.
He committed the offence in 2014.
Still in court a 15 year old girl has been sentenced to five years in prison for the murder of a four year old boy.
She appeared before high court judge Mulangira who handed her the sentence. She committed the offence in September last year.
Another 16 year old boy will spend one year in jail for a aggravate robbery.
Court heard that the convicted juvenile offender with others still at large robed a one Mutabazi Emmanuel of 400000 shillings.
