Murder: Molly Katanga Finally Surrenders to Court

Molly Katanga the   widow of late businessman  Henry Katanga on Wednesday s afternoon   voluntarily surrendered herself before court to be formally charged.

Molly is accused of  allegedly killing her husband Katanga  on November, 2nd, 2023 at the family's home in Mbuya  on Chwa 2 Road in Nakawa division in Kampala district,

She  was brought to court in  a private ambulance from  a city  hospital where  she is said to be being treated for injuries sustained in the alleged attack.

She was the wheeled into the court room with the help of female prison warders.

There was Drama when some of the relatives  of the deceased shouted in court ordering her to step out of the wheel  chair and walk; accusing her of faking her illness.

She accessed the courtroom  amidst anger from the relatives of the Henry  Katanga who accuses her of murdering their relative.

The court was filled to capacity with both Molly and Henry's. Henry's relatives wore black t-shirts bearing his image with wording's  " Justice for  Katanga".
