The two daughters of the murdered business man Henry Katanga have further been remanded to Luzira prison.
Martha Nkwanzi and Patricia Kakwanza have further been remand with two of the other co accused including; Shamba boy George Amanyirre and medical doctor Charles Otai by the High Court after hearing of their bail applications flopped .
Court heard that it has to first hear an application in which the DPP Jane Frances Abodo is challenging what she termed as mishandling of their case file by the Nakawa Chief Magistrate Court.
These will return to court on the 24th January 2024 when court will hear the DPPs Application for revision.
The daughters and their two co accused person's are charged with being accessories in the murder of their father after destroying valuable evidence in the said alleged murder.
Key other suspect and also the widow of Henry Katanga and mother to the two daughters Molly Katanga is charged with murder of her husband but is currently in hospital being treated of the wounds she allegedly sustained in the said attack.
Katanga , a city Businessman was shot dead at his home on Chwa 11 Road in Mbuya -Nakawa division on November, 2nd 2023 .
