Stop taking employees' credits-Gaetano warns employers

Every employee would want to effectively do their job but  many  fail  due to a number of reasons including unfavorable working conditions, lack of enough experience among others.

Gaetano and Lucky say that employers also play a big role in demoralizing employees, they sighted some of the things that bosses need to stop for workers to  improve their  performance  .

Gaetano said that bosses need to stop taking employees' credits reasoning  that it discourages  them from working hard.

He explained that employees often work so hard to be recognized but unfortunately while reporting to top  bosses but immediate bosses instead take the credit.

Lucky asked bosses to stop exploiting workers with too much work .She stated  that on many occasions employees are paid less yet they are given too much work which continues to keep them in poverty,Lucky added that one should only  do what they are paid for .
